This Privacy Policy explains what information Core eCampus (“Core eCampus,” “COREE Campus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you visit coreecampus.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We write this policy in plain language on purpose: if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain.
1. WHO WE ARE

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Information you give us
When you fill in a form on the Site — for example a waitlist form, a class or webinar registration form, or a contact form — we collect the details you type in, such as:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The course, pack, or class you are interested in
- Any message you choose to write to us
b) Account information
If account features are offered and you create an account, we collect the username and contact details needed to run that account. Any password you set is stored by our systems in protected (encrypted/hashed) form; we cannot see it in plain text.
c) Payment information
Purchases on the Site (such as practice problem packs) are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. See Section 7 below. We do not collect or store your full card number on this Site.
d) Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically receive:
- Usage data: pages you view, links you click, time spent on pages, and the page you came from
- Device and browser data: device type, operating system, browser type, and screen size
- Network data: your IP address and general location (city/state level) derived from it
- Cookie data: see Section 4 below
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers (other than through Stripe at checkout), or any government ID through this Site.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Run and improve the Site and our study content
- Send you the materials you asked for (for example, waitlist updates, sample problems, or registration confirmations)
- Process purchases and deliver the products you buy
- Reply to your questions and messages
- Understand which topics and pages students and parents find most useful, so we can make more of them
- Show advertising that helps keep our free content free (see Section 5)
- Keep the Site secure and prevent misuse
- Meet legal obligations
We do not use your information for any purpose that is not described here without telling you first.
4. COOKIES
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by a website. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to:
- Make the Site work (for example, remembering form and display preferences)
- Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics — see Section 6)
- Serve and measure advertising (see Section 5)
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may make parts of the Site work less well. Where required, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies, and some advertising cookies are served based on the privacy choices you make (see Section 5).
5. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADSENSE
We use Google AdSense to show advertisements on parts of this Site. This helps us keep much of our content free.
Please read this section carefully:
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this Site.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (including the DoubleClick / DART cookie) to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this Site and/or other websites on the Internet.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Advertising cookies are not placed on sign-in, account, or checkout pages. They are used on content/reading pages of the Site.
Your choices and opt-outs:
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings: https://adssettings.google.com
- You may opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting: https://www.aboutads.info
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Turning off personalized advertising does not remove ads; it means the ads you see will not be based on your prior visits.
6. ANALYTICS
We use analytics tools — including Google Analytics and similar services — to understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which articles are read most and where visitors leave a page). These tools use cookies and similar technologies and collect information such as pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, and general location. We use this information in aggregate form to improve our content. Analytics providers process this data under their own privacy policies.
7. PAYMENTS — STRIPE
Purchases on this Site are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you buy something:
- Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure payment pages (or passed to Stripe through its secure tools). Your full card number is never stored on our Site or our servers.
- Stripe collects and processes your payment information under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
- We receive only the information needed to complete and record your order — for example, your name, email address, what you bought, and confirmation that payment succeeded.
8. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you give us your email address (for example, by joining a waitlist or registering for a class or webinar), we may email you about:
- The material or event you asked for
- New content, packs, or classes that match what you signed up for
- Important updates about the Site or your purchases
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to us at teji.rohitt@gmail.com. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we may still send essential messages about a purchase or registration you have with us.
9. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We never sell your personal information. We do not rent it or trade it.
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the Site and our services, and only for the purposes in this policy. These include:
- Website hosting and platform providers (including WordPress service providers)
- Payment processing (Stripe)
- Email delivery providers (so our emails reach you)
- Analytics providers (see Section 6)
- Advertising partners (Google AdSense — see Section 5)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, our academy, or others.
10. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep personal information only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as the law requires. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Core eCampus serves high-school students and their parents.
- Our content is designed for high-school students (generally ages 14–18) and for parents and guardians.
- This Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we will delete it promptly.
- We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in their student’s online learning. Purchases should be made by a parent/guardian or with a parent/guardian’s permission.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, contact us at teji.rohitt@gmail.com and we will review and delete it as appropriate.
12. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, which can include the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your personal information
- Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email)
- Opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 5)
To use any of these rights, email us at teji.rohitt@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
13. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Site may link to other websites (for example, YouTube or payment pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Site and our services grow. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know (for example, a notice on the Site or an email to registered users). Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
